Cooking with Chef Tammy: TGIF & Dinner is Taken Care Of The end of the week is here. You’re trying to eat healthy and avoid fast food but don’t want to spend a lot of time preparing a good meal. We’ve got you covered! Chef Tammy Huffman will provide a box of locally-sourced ingredients and guide you to create a fabulous meal. Swing by and pick it up or for an extra $10.00 we’ll deliver (The Dalles & Hood River only). The recipe is in the box, you can assemble on your own or zoom in and cook alongside Tammy as she demonstrates. Makes enough for two generous portions with plenty of leftovers. It’s easy, TGIF! No discounts or waivers.

  • class date: 01/29/2021 Box with locally-sourced ingredients will be provided. You can pick up the box from The Hook Cafe at The Dalles campus or for and extra $10.00 can be delivered (The Dalles and Hood River only). Makes enough for two people with leftovers!
